1:1 Coaching

What worked in your 30s stopped working. Let's build what works now.

You've tried the next big diet and the 5 a.m. classes. Your clothes still don't fit the way they used to, and you're tired of being told to try harder.

Hormones shift in your 40s and 50s. Sleep gets lighter, and muscle drops faster unless you give it a reason to stay. The plan that worked at 35 was built for a different body. You need one built for the body you have now.

What we work on

  • Your daily rhythm. Morning light, a steady bedtime and the timing of your meals all signal your hormones. Getting them back in sync helps your sleep, mood, focus and energy.

  • Protein and fiber at every meal. Both prompt your gut to release its own GLP-1 and other fullness hormones. The effect is far smaller than a medication, but it adds up meal after meal.

  • Strength training for women 40 and beyond. The lifts that protect your muscle and bones, built around your real week, at home or at the gym.

  • Support on a GLP-1. More on that below.

How it works

  • Weekly Zoom sessions. One hour a week, just you and me.

  • Food tracking as a skill. I teach you to track without obsessing, so you can see what's working.

  • A fat loss phase when you're ready, with structure and weekly adjustments.

  • A nutrition plan mapped across the full year, so you're not guessing again in March.

  • A written recap after every session, with your wins and next steps, in your own private space.

On a GLP-1, or thinking about one?

These medications work. I've watched lab markers improve in my own clients. The hard part comes after. In the largest semaglutide trial, people regained about two-thirds of the weight they lost within a year of stopping. A 2025 review of 37 studies projected most people would be back to their starting weight in under two years.

What you build while you're on the medication changes that picture. In one trial, people who exercised during and after treatment regained less than half as much as people who took the medication alone.

I treat the medication as a bridge, not a crutch. We protect your muscle with protein and strength training and build habits that hold after the prescription ends. Nobody can promise the weight stays off. Habits give you the best odds, and staying on or tapering off becomes your choice to make.

Curious about starting one? I work with a company I trust and can pass along their information. My preference is that we lay the foundation first.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you're in perimenopause or past it, and you want strength and energy more than a smaller number on the scale. It isn't the right fit if you want a quick cleanse before a wedding.
